"How to return goods"
In order to simplify and speed up the process of obtaining suitable products, only returns and no exchanges are provided.
If the size is not what you expected or does not meet your expectations, you can choose to make a partial or full return within the 7-day appreciation period before re-ordering.
If the seven-day appreciation period is calculated as within seven days from the day after receipt, the appreciation period is not a trial period. Please also note that the product must be kept in new condition. Supermarkets consider the day after pickup as the first day. For Black Cat Home Delivery, the day after the receipt is counted as the first day. Please be sure to pay attention whether it is the buyer himself (administrator/family member, etc.) who signs for the receipt.
If you need to add or return items within 7 days, please bear the shipping fee. In order to avoid disputes, please make sure you receive the goods before returning them. Product discounts cannot be calculated when combining orders.
After the package is picked up, the system needs to return the pickup information within 48 hours. Please log in to the member center after receiving the package (within the seven-day appreciation period).
Then go to the order query and click the "Return" option to apply for a return. We apologize for any inconvenience!
If the pickup information has not been updated, please be sure to contact customer service personnel as soon as possible within seven days of receiving the package to assist in processing, so as to avoid affecting the return rights.

 

※ Overseas orders need to pay the return shipping fee. If you send back the returned goods without obtaining permission, or send back the returned goods after the deadline, your return will not be accepted. If you need to send the returned goods back to you, please pay for the return. freight

※ Returned goods must be intact and have all accessories (including uncut tags/complete special packaging), which will not affect the resale of brand-new goods.

※ If the combined product is returned but does not reach the discounted number, the retained items will be restored to their original price.

※ If the amount of the goods retained after the return does not reach the full gift activity threshold, the gift must be returned together with the returned goods (new and unopened). If not returned, the original price will be calculated directly. The above amount will be deducted from the amount of the returned goods first. ※ If the amount of the goods retained in the order after the return does not reach the free shipping threshold when ordering, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The supermarket shipping fee is 80 yuan / the home delivery shipping fee is 120 yuan (no need to include extra cash in the package).

※ Remind you that if you violate the rules related to ordering and returns three or more times (inclusive) without reason or maliciously, the company has the right to suspend your account and refuse you to use this service, and also blacklist you for transactions. Please pay attention.

 

"Refund Issue"
The refund time is based on the logistics department receiving the returned goods and checking that they are correct, and it will take 7-14 working days (excluding holidays) to complete the refund process.
Credit card, Fasnet and UnionPay card payments will be refunded to the original credit card and account. ATM transfers and cash on delivery at supermarkets will be refunded to the official website shopping credit. If you do not want to continue spending, you can log in to the member center to apply for a settlement of the shopping credit. The refund will be processed one week after the application. Refund to your designated account.
※ Due to different personal credit card billing cycles, the refund completion time will be affected. It is recommended to call your credit card customer service for confirmation.
 

"Related Instructions"
The return application system will automatically determine the volume based on the weight of the goods being processed. If the package exceeds the supermarket volume, it will be sent to [Home Delivery] for collection!
Starting from 2017/8/28, TA-Q-BIN service has changed and no return package service will be provided on Sundays.

"Items that cannot be returned and special conditions"
More than seven days of appreciation period.

"Not within the scope of defects"
Threads, buttonholes are not opened, some threads are off, very small stains, buttons that can be sewn back, asymmetry within a reasonable range, an error of 1~2cm in the flat measurement, color difference in the photo, material not as expected, special stitching (peace of mind seams/securing pocket seams).
New products may have the smell of original fabric or dyes. Ventilate first and then clean, and the situation will gradually disappear.
Printed products may have uneven printing and dyeing, and spots of offset printing/small color spots (less than 0.5 square centimeters).
 

"Procedure for Receiving Defective Goods"

Please leave your member account number/order information/mobile phone number in the email for confirmation and response and processing according to the verification status.
After confirmation with the relevant unit, we will reply by letter for follow-up processing. Please pay attention to the letter.

※ If you cannot get in touch, the canceled returned goods will only be kept for 1 month (from the date of return processing). The overdue goods will be directly invalidated, and the purchase money will not be refunded or credited. Please be careful to avoid affecting your own rights and interests.
